Every project that comes through C:B is held against a single fixed plan, and Alexis is the person accountable for that plan. The role is hands-on: site walk-throughs, contract decisions, design sign-off, weekly client reporting, and the awkward conversations that have to happen before a programme slips.
Senior project management, licensed engineering, site coordination, and CAD all under one roof. The studio's principals carry the disciplines, there's no sub-consultant chain to coordinate around.
Lead PM running every site against the studio's master programme. Plans and controls daily project operations, coordinates site teams, consultants and contractors, tracks schedules, costs and resource allocation, and reports progress to the Managing Director. The senior face of the project on site.
Project Manager running pool villa construction and resort rooms, daily operations, subcontractor coordination, programme and cost tracking, quality and safety on site. Reports to the Project Director, manages risk and resolves site conflicts.
Sources subcontractors, coordinates procurement and material orders, tracks delivery schedules against site programmes, and resolves the gaps between materials, trades and timelines. The studio's logistics anchor.
Prepares and updates CAD drawings, issues shop and as-built drawings, supports design control and implementation on site, and coordinates with consultants on revisions. Maintains the drawing register and document control discipline that underwrites every site decision.
Oversees structural and MEP works across every active site. Verifies execution against engineering drawings and specifications, monitors installation quality and compliance, and reviews test results, inspections and engineering reports. The technical conscience of the build.
