A lifestyle medical clinic on the KAHLI site, delivered to clinical-grade fitout standards. Quiet rooms, dedicated mechanical spine, and material specifications that hold up to daily clinical use, without reading like a hospital.
Live More needed a clinic it could open without explanation. The treatments offered (health check-ups, IV therapies, peptide and supplement protocols, recovery and longevity work) required real consultation rooms, not converted spa cabins. The brief to C:B was to integrate that level of clinical infrastructure inside a sports and wellness destination, with finishes and acoustics that match the rest of the KAHLI site.
The clinic shares a campus with the tennis academy, the courtside cafe, the outdoor gym, the sauna and the ice bath, but reads as its own building. Members move between treatment, training and recovery in the same morning.
Clinical fitouts are the kind of build where shortcuts fail audits. The brief required mechanical and electrical layouts that a regulator would sign off, finishes that hold up to seven-day-a-week clinical use, and a programme that landed on the date the clinic had been booking patients against. C:B delivered all three on a single timeline, and the clinic opened on the date set.
Handover September 2025, on the date set at the start of the build.
Recliner-led treatment rooms, a calm waiting lounge, and the clinic's signature arched entryway. Linear lighting on a dark soffit, warm timber floors, and acoustic-quiet partitions throughout.
The brief was to deliver clinical-grade infrastructure inside a sports and wellness destination. Patients move through the space the way they move through the rest of KAHLI, calmly, on warm timber, under quiet light.
What I asked of C:B was a clinic I could open without explanation: quiet rooms, true acoustics, finishes that hold up to clinical use, mechanical layouts I trust. They delivered all of it on a single timeline, and we opened on the date we set. The space reads the way I wanted patients to feel in it.
